How do I contact Howard Piano Industries? 

We can be reached by phone at 813-906-6222 or you can use the email contact form here on our website: Contact Us  We are always glad to answer any questions you may have.  If we are not in the office when you call or send a contact form we will get back to you as soon as we get back in the office.

How do I search for a product in your store? 

If you are on a computer or tablet, in the top right corner of any page in our store we have a search box where you can type in any keywords related to the item you're looking for. If you are on a phone, the search bar is at the top of the menu, which can be found by clicking the three lines in the top left corner of any page.

Where are you located?

We are an online retailer only so we don't have a storefront, but most of our items we ship directly from our main location in Tampa, FL.  Our address is:

How do I know how much the shipping charges will be for my order?

You can get an accurate quote on the shipping costs for your order by adding the items you'd like to purchase to your online shopping cart in our store.  Once you have added the items you are interested in you can go to the shopping cart and click on "Estimate Shipping & Tax".  From there it will only ask you for your country, state and zip or postal code in order to quote the actual shipping charges for the items in your shopping cart.

Is sales tax added to my order?

We are required to charge sales tax to some locations based on the sales tax laws of each location.  In 2018 the sales tax laws were changed for online sales and we are now required to charge sales tax to several other states besides our own.  If sales tax is applicable, this will be automatically added to your order when you put in your location. 

What if we are a tax exempt organization?

Do I have to have an account to order from Howard Piano Industries?

We don't require you to setup an account with us in order to purchase from our online store, but there are advantages such as being able to see the status of your order.  If you'd like to checkout without creating an account you can checkout as a guest.

Do you sell to the general public or only to piano technicians?

We will sell to anyone whether or not they are a piano technician.  We have many customers all over the world which include both piano technicians and hobbyists as well as those who are just trying to work on their own piano.

Do you offer free shipping?

In most cases we don't offer free shipping on our items.  The reason for this is that we try to keep our prices as low as we can.  In order to do this we charge shipping prices that are fair and reasonable, but also cover the cost of the shipping so we don't need to include it in the price of our items.  This way you are getting the best overall price on your items as well as only having to pay a minimum cost for shipping.
