Piano Flange Repinning

The pinning in different flanges in pianos need to be adjusted to a certain tightness level.  If the pinning is too tight the action will be too heavy and the parts won't respond like they should and if the pinning is too loose there will be wobbly action parts and a loss of control by the pianist.  Our instructional video on how to adjust the tightness goes through the process step by step.  Here is a list of the parts and tools needed for this task:

- Gram Tension Gauge
- Center Pin Extracting/Repinning Tool
- Micrometer
- Piano Center Pins or Center Pin Box with Pins
- Flange Bushing Broach Kit
