Lubricating Hammer Butt Leather and Whippen Heel Cushion Felt

A couple of points where there can be excess friction are the hammer butt leather and the whippen heel cushion felt.  These are easily lubricated with a dry powder lubricant such as PTFE Powder.  Here are links to the supplies used in this demonstration along with the hammer butt leather and the action cloth used to replace the felt on the wippen heel:
